The Hayami translates from Japanese to ‘rare beauty’ which this teapot certainly is! It has been hand-crafted from robust cast iron and is finished in a sleek midnight black. The pot features a dotted exterior with a fitted lid, short spout and large integral handle for transportation. 

The pot holds up to 750ml of liquid and includes a built-in infuser for use with all types of loose tea leaves. The infuser is detachable and the pot's interior is coated in enamel for easy cleaning. We advise that the exterior of the pot is dried straight away after cleaning to prevent natural rust and ageing.
