How do I return an item?
To return an item please first contact us at info@thefiresidestore.co.uk.
Include your full order number and delivery postcode and please let us know what item(s) you are returning and why. You have 14 days to return the item back to us, from date of delivery.
Are there any products I can't return?
Due to the nature of bespoke designs, cut to size and made to order goods, we are not able to accept returns, as they have been specially prepared for you. Where local works and artists have been used, they may hold stock and so returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to pay postage to return an item(s)?
Please check your items when you receive them. The customer will need to pay the postage cost (and retain proof of posting) when returning an item back to us unless it is damaged or faulty.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
We are sorry to hear that your item has been delivered faulty/damaged. We will rectify this is a timely manor for you once you have sent a photo of the damage and your full name and order number and delivery postcode to info@thefiresidestore.co.uk.
